Today (11/9) I will be interviewing professor Marcia Murry Ewers at Cal
Poly Pomona in order to determine what makes her an expert in molecular
biology. She will be my mentor for the rest of the year.
The purpose of the second interview is justify your
mentor as an expert in the field. Thus, you will be asking at least 5
questions about their background and/or the background of the organization or
company where they work.
- What made you want to study microorganisms?
- How long have you been doing research with Cal Poly Pomona?
- Have you presented your findings to your colleages?
- What is the most significant thing you have learned from your research?
- Have you done research with other universities?
